LES Weekend Guide.

This weekend calls for more of  this ridiculously beautiful late Autumn weather. With temperatures hovering in the 60's & sun filled, it's the perfect weather for a sandwich & a show or a stroll.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday
now smell this.

Fans and other mechanisms create an olfactory playground at the New Museum in Heague Yang's current installation Voice and Wind. It must be smelled to be believed. 235 Bowery Street. All weekend long.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday
El Camino dreams.

Salon 94 Bowery, right next to the New Museum of Contemporary Art, is currently featuring a show by artist Liz Cohen. An (actual) German Tramant & a Chevy El Camino marry in the work Trabamintino. As far as we are concerned, basically anything involving an El Camino inside of a gallery will get us on board.

Saturday
dance the night away.

Sunday
laugh your face off.

Pianos is one of our favorite places for catching a show after work, but what they are less known for is their weekly comedy showcase. Stop by Sunday at 7pm to check it out as they host a rotating cast of regulars and newbies alike. No cover. 158 Ludlow between Stanton & Rivington.
