The sun has finally showed face again after days of hiding out, so maybe this is a delayed reaction to the chilly grey days that blanketed our week until now, but the Tuna Melt has been on our mind. It's our homemade tuna salad, served with tomatoes and melted swiss, open face on white bread -- the absolute pinnacle of comfort food!
